Should you wish to return your item to us for any reason, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received it to notify us in writing that you would like to return the item. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
Before returning your item(s), please email us at info@shopbathroomproducts.com and we will provide you with the return options:
Either a prepaid returns barcode (this may carry a small cost, sums to be deducted from your refund) or we can provide our returns address so that you may use your own courier.
Larger items need to be returned on a pallet by a Hauler. You will be provided with your return pallet price for your relevant postcode when we send you the returns options via email (sums to be deducted from your refund).

Once we receive and check the item(s), you will receive a full refund (subject to any applicable fees). Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please email info@shopbathroomproducts.com stating your name, order number and the issue you are reporting.
